Forming the master plan
In the pre-construction phase, Sandor Construction teams up with our customers to formulate a master plan. We discuss estimating, scheduling/phasing, permitting, a safety plan, and which subcontractors to use. We are flexible in using subcontractors that a customer already has in mind. We also work with pre-designed plans or we can design a new plan.
Providing updates and progress checks
During the construction phases, we give daily reports on job updates, and we will schedule a formal meeting with our customers if requested. We also try to have all changes to plans made before construction begins. This prevents stand-stills that affect schedules and deadlines.
